故障含义：BERO speed actual value is greater than the shutdown threshold specified in P1468 (the motor is prevented from accelerating in an uncontrolled fashion) or for a calculated speed > 1200 rpm, BERO pulses are no longer received (e.g. the cable is interrupted)
