Meaning: Detected when F1-03 is set to 0, 1, or 2 and A1-02 is set to 3; motor speed feedback (U1-05) exceeds the set value (F1-08) for longer than the specified time (F1-09); overshoot/undershoot has occurred; command too high; inappropriate settings of F1-08 and F1-09
