Meaning: (Detected only during operation) Rotation opposite to the speed command reaches the pulse count set by F1-19; The home pulse correction amount for PG (parameter: E5-11) is incorrect; Noise is present in the PG cable (A/B phase); The PG cable wiring is incorrect; The PG cable is open; The PG card is damaged; PG (motor side) is damaged; The load drives rotation opposite to the speed command, and the conditions described on the left are met
