Meaning: Detected when F1-04 is set to 0, 1, or 2 and A1-02 is set to 3; speed deviation is at or above the set value (F1-10) for longer than the specified time (F1-11); load too large; acceleration/deceleration time too short; load locked; inappropriate settings of F1-10 and F1-11; brake sequence error; the motor continues to run while the brake is applied
