Meaning: An incorrect commutation angle was detected, causing positive feedback in the speed control loop. Possible causes: The motor encoder was adjusted to an incorrect field position. The motor encoder is damaged. The data used to calculate the motor model is set incorrectly. When pole position identification is enabled, it may have produced an incorrect value. The motor encoder speed signal is affected by interference. The control circuit is unstable due to incorrect parameter settings. If the encoder has been changed, readjust it. Set the motor stator resistance, cable resistance, and motor stator leakage inductance correctly. Calculate the cable resistance from the cross-sectional area and length. Check the inductance and stator resistance against the motor data sheet. Measure the stator resistance using, for example, a multimeter.
