Meaning: In the downloaded STARTER/SCOUT project, the hardware sampling time (1 <= p20000[i] <= 256) of a free execution cycle group is set to a value that is too small or too large. The sampling time must be between 1 ms and the parameter value r20003 - r20002. If the sampling time of the selected free sequence group is < 1 ms, the substitute value 1 ms is used. If this value is >= r20003, the sampling time is set to the next higher value or to the same value as the software sampling time >= r21003.
