EMF too high during braking operation
DC drive
Meaning: EMF too high (valid in operating states – –, I, II). When a change in torque direction is required (MI or MII selected), the fault message is activated if the following 5 conditions are met: P272=0 (parameterized fault message, with no alarm or field weakening); a parameterized additional torque-free interval (P160 ≠ 0) has elapsed; the parallel drive is ready to change to the new torque direction; the absolute armature current (K0118) in the new torque direction is > 0.5% of P072; the firing angle (K0101) calculated for the armature current in the new torque direction is > 165 degrees. Possible fault causes: "Speed-dependent field weakening" (P081=0) has not been parameterized, although operation in the field-weakening range is required to achieve the required maximum speed. Note: During motoring operation, the EMF value relative to the peak phase voltage may be reached at firing angle αG = 30° (fixed rectifier limit P150) and low armature current. The EMF reference for field-weakening operation is too high (parameter P10
