Meaning: Insufficient cooling. Fan not working. Ambient temperature too high. Diagnosis and corrective actions: Check the following: Does the fan rotate during converter operation (A0520, A0521)? Is the pulse frequency set to the factory setting? Reset it if necessary. Is the ambient temperature within the permissible limits (A0520, A0521)?
