Meaning: Occurs when the 24V DC power supply is connected Circuit board fault Replace the drive 1. Incorrect motor U, V, W wiring 2. Incorrect encoder cable wiring Correct the wiring The motor does not rotate or rotates in reverse when the main power supply and control wiring are connected and command pulses are input Encoder fault The maximum allowable position deviation setting is too small Increase the position deviation out-of-tolerance detection range (P34) The position loop proportional gain setting is too small Check the current limit Reduce the load capacity Insufficient torque Replace the drive and motor with units of a higher frequency rating
