TM54F: Steady-state 1 signal present on F-DI for safety acknowledgment

Meaning: The logic 1 signal remains present for more than 10 seconds at F-DI configured in p10006. If no acknowledgment is given at F-DI for safety acknowledgment, a static logic 0 signal must be present. This prevents unintended safety acknowledgment (or the "Internal event acknowledgment" signal) in the event of an open circuit or vibration at either of the two digital inputs.
