Meaning: The logic 1 signal at F-DI configured in p10106 has persisted for more than 10 seconds. If no acknowledgment is issued at F-DI for safety acknowledgment, a static logic 0 signal must be present. This prevents unintended safety acknowledgment (or the "Internal event acknowledgment" signal) if an open circuit occurs or either of the two digital inputs chatters.
