Meaning: The active referencing function (reference pulse search or measuring probe evaluation) has been interrupted. - An encoder fault has occurred (Gn_ZSW.15 = 1). - The actual position value was set while the referencing function was active. - Reference mark search and measuring probe evaluation were activated simultaneously (Bl:p2508 and Bl:p2509 = 1 signal). - The active referencing function (reference mark search or measuring probe evaluation) was canceled (Bl:p2508 and Bl:p2509 = 0 signal).
