Meaning: The D component of the speed controller is too high: - Modify MD 5431: SPEEDCTRL_DIFF_TIME_A (gain on A-side of cylinder edge) - or MD 5432: SPEEDCTRL_DIFF_TIME (gain for piston adjustment with lowest natural frequency) - or MD 5433: SPEEDCTRL_DIFF_TIME_B (gain on B-side of cylinder edge)
