Supplementary info = 0: Limit fallen below after the coupling factors P0401/P0402 identified, i.e. P0032 < 200 000 000 MSR. Supplementary info = 1: Limit fallen below after the coupling factors P0401/P0402 identified, i.e. P0032 * P0402 / P0401 < 200 000 000 MSR.
