Inovance L010.3 fault code meaning
Inovance / L010.3

AC drive pre-overload
AC drive
Meaning: A pre-overload condition is detected when the AC drive overload ratio reaches 80%.
Possible causes
- Load too large or motor locked rotor
- Carrier frequency setting too high
- Low DC bus voltage during high-speed operation under heavy load
- Prolonged operation below 5Hz causes low-frequency derating
- Output ground fault
- Output phase loss
- Motor parameter error
- Starting the motor while it is already rotating
- Encoder phase sequence error
- Incorrect AC drive model setting
- Selected AC drive capacity is too small
- Pre-overload is reported when the AC drive load ratio reaches 80%.
