Possible causes

• 1. Communication timeout between the DP card and the PLC master.
• 2. Communication timeout between the DP card and the main control board.
• 3. DP/PN card error.
• 1. Communication interrupted between the DP card and the PLC master.
• 2. Communication interrupted between the DP card and the main control board.
• 4. Slave station number setting for the DP card is out of range.
• 5. Station number conflict within the network.
