Motor overheat fault

Meaning: After PLC initialization is complete, if the units digit of F9-90 is set to 1 (indicating that motor temperature evaluation for channel 1 is enabled), a threshold is set in F9-58 (overtemperature alarm threshold) or F9-57 (overtemperature fault threshold), and the sampled value for channel 1 exceeds the evaluation threshold 2.5s, the corresponding alarm or fault is reported.
Possible causes
- PLC Actual channel sampling value is too high.
- 1.Actual overtemperature causes feedback
- 2. DIA faulty feedback contact causes a false alarm
