Meaning: Mismatch between AC drive contactor operation and feedback; the mains contactor closes unexpectedly while the AC drive contactor is closed
Possible causes
- After AC drive contactor feedback is configured, closed feedback is received from the AC drive contactor without a close command being issued
- After AC drive contactor feedback is configured, open feedback is received from the AC drive contactor without an open command being issued
- During non-synchronous transfer, the mains contactor closes unexpectedly while the AC drive contactor is closed
