Inovance F04 fault code meaning
Inovance / F04
Series: HD5X
Overcurrent at constant speed
AC drive
Meaning: The maximum of the three-phase AC drive output currents exceeds the set threshold during constant-speed operation (F9-30)
Possible causes
- 1. output current sampling circuit error
- 2. output Hall sensor error
- 3. vector control is selected, but motor tuning has not been performed
- 4. closed-loop vector control is selected, and the wiring between the encoder and the PG card has poor contact
- 5. closed-loop vector control is selected, and the encoder parameter settings are incorrect
- 6. a filter has been added to the unit output, but the current loop parameters have not been adjusted
- 7. F9-30 (AC drive overcurrent threshold) setting is too small
- 8. a rotating motor is started with the runaway function disabled
- 9. the selected AC drive is undersized
- 11. main control board error
