Possible causes

1.Servo drive UVWoutput phase loss or incorrect phase sequence wiring.
2.Drive UVW output open or encoder open
3.Locked rotor due to mechanical factors.
4.Servo drive gain is low.
5. position command increment is too large.
6. fault value (H0F.08) too small for the operating conditions
7.Servo drive/motor fault.
