Meaning: The absolute fully closed-loop position deviation exceeds H0F.08 (threshold for excessive fully closed-loop position deviation).
Possible causes
- 1.Servo drive UVWoutput phase loss or incorrect phase sequence wiring.
- 2. Servo drive UVW output open, or internal/external encoder open
- 3.Locked rotor due to mechanical factors.
- 4.Servo drive gain is low.
- 5. High input pulse frequency
- 6. fault value (H0F.08) too small for the operating conditions
- 7.Servo drive/motor fault.
