Meaning: The deviation between the observed electrical angle and the electrical angle fed back by the encoder exceeds the threshold.
Possible causes
- 1. Initial angle identification is inaccurate. 2. The encoder feedback value is incorrect. 3. The observation alarm cannot be enabled during angle identification. Excessive deviation will be observed if the speed threshold condition is met during angle identification. 4. The observed value has a large deviation during acceleration or deceleration. 5. Large deviations in the motor inductance and resistance parameters affect the electrical angle observation results. 6. Unstable loop operation and incorrect gain parameters affect the electrical angle observation results.
