Positioning completion timeout

Meaning: This fault is reported when the absolute position deviation (L8-37) remains less than or equal to the set threshold (B2-84/85) for longer than the set time (B2-83).
Possible causes
- 1. The positioning complete threshold setting is inappropriate. For example, a sine/cosine encoder or a 23-bit encoder has a very high line count, so the threshold should be increased accordingly.
- 2. The B2-83 judgment time setting is too short.
- 3, speed loop gain, or position loop gain is set too low, resulting in insufficient motor response.
- 4. Check whether the transmission mechanism is jammed or the torque is insufficient to move the load.
