Phase synchronization timeout fault

Meaning: The AC drive output phase is controlled by adjusting the frequency to synchronize it with the mains phase: 1, During execution of the phase synchronization state machine, when switching from variable-frequency operation to mains-frequency operation, this fault is reported if |mains phase - AC drive output phase| ≥ D4-34 for a duration ≥ 20s. 2, During execution of the phase synchronization state machine, when switching from mains-frequency operation to variable-frequency operation, this fault is reported if |mains phase - AC drive output phase| ≥ D4-34 for a duration ≥ 10s. 3, During execution of the frequency tracking state machine, this fault is reported if |mains frequency - AC drive output frequency| ≥ 0.5Hz for a duration ≥ 20s.
Possible causes
- The motor load is too large, preventing the AC drive output frequency from increasing normally and causing phase synchronization failure.
