Both brake release and brake applied (holding) signal feedbacks are incorrect

AC drive

Meaning: This fault is reported when the brake release/apply command (DO function 53) does not match the corresponding DI status (DI94/DI95).

Possible causes

The DO brake release/apply command does not match the DI brake applied status feedback.
