Possible causes
- Ground fault or short circuit in the AC drive output circuit
- The control mode is SVC, and auto-tuning has not been performed.
- Acceleration time setting too short for rapid acceleration.
- Inappropriate overcurrent stall suppression setting
- Inappropriate manual torque boost or V/f curve
- Starting a motor that is already rotating
- Affected by external interference
