Output phase W loss
AC drive
Meaning: Detection is performed when the run frequency exceeds 0.8Hz. The average values of the three-phase output currents are checked. If the ratio of the maximum to the minimum exceeds 10 and phase W has the minimum value, phase W loss is detected.
Possible causes
- Motor fault
- Error in the wiring from the AC drive to the motor
- AC drive three-phase output imbalance during motor operation
- Driver board or IGBT module error
