Drive overload

AC drive

Meaning: Drive overload is determined when the overload time specified by the drive overload curve is reached.

Possible causes

• Load too large or motor locked rotor
• Selected AC drive capacity is too small
• The control mode is FVC or SVC, and auto-tuning has not been performed
• Control mode set to V/f, with the torque boost setting too high
• Control mode set to FVC, with an encoder feedback error
