Possible causes
- Input phase loss
- Momentary power interruption or unstable mains
- Incoming voltage too low
- Inappropriate undervoltage suppression parameter settings

- Soft-charge contactor error; soft-charge resistor cannot be bypassed normally
- Hardware error (circuit board)
