Meaning: During deceleration, the DC bus voltage exceeds the overvoltage threshold set by A5-09, in units of V.

Possible causes

Inappropriate overvoltage suppression setting
An external force drives the motor during deceleration
Deceleration time too short
No braking unit or braking resistor is installed.
