Phase W overcurrent
AC drive
Meaning:
Possible causes
- Synchronous motor demagnetization (synchronous motor SVC)
- Motor parameters not identified in vector control (synchronous/asynchronous motor SVC)
- Carrier frequency setting too low for high-speed operation
- Direct start while the motor is still rotating (synchronous motor SVC)
- V/f oscillation overcurrent (asynchronous motor V/f)
- Inappropriate overvoltage suppression or undervoltage suppression parameters (asynchronous motor V/f)
- Torque boost parameter setting too large (asynchronous motor V/f); continued below
- Continued from above: V/f acceleration/deceleration time too short (asynchronous motor V/f)
- Model parameter setting error
- Motor parameter setting error
- V/f curve reference voltage too large (asynchronous motor V/f)
- Braking resistor control overcurrent
- Unstable synchronous motor operation near SVC0Hz (synchronous motor SVC)
- Hardware error
