Meaning: This fault is triggered when the instantaneous output current exceeds the software overcurrent threshold. Note: FF-18 sets the software overcurrent threshold. The default value is 100%, which disables it. 100% corresponds to the full current sampling range (2.2 times the AC drive rated current × 1.414).
Possible causes
- Output ground fault
- Phase-to-phase short circuit
- Auto-tuning has not been performed for vector control
- Encoder interference or encoder disconnected
- Output phase loss
- Current detection error
- Acceleration/deceleration time too short in V/f control
- Encoder phase sequence error
- Incorrect AC drive model setting
