Hardware overcurrent
AC drive
Meaning: This fault is triggered when the instantaneous output current exceeds 2.5 × 1.414 times the AC drive rated current.
Possible causes
- Output ground fault
- Phase-to-phase short circuit
- Auto-tuning has not been performed for vector control
- Encoder interference or encoder disconnected
- Output phase loss
- Current detection error
- Acceleration/deceleration time too short in V/f control
- Encoder phase sequence error
- Incorrect AC drive model setting
