Inovance E002.00 fault code meaning

Overcurrent during acceleration

AC drive

Meaning: This fault is triggered when the instantaneous output current exceeds 2.5×1.414 times the rated AC drive current during acceleration.

Possible causes

• Ground fault or short circuit in the AC drive output circuit
• The control mode is FVC or SVC, and auto-tuning has not been performed
• Acceleration time setting too short for rapid acceleration.
• Inappropriate overcurrent stall suppression setting
• Inappropriate manual torque boost or V/f curve
• Starting a motor that is already rotating
• Affected by external interference
