Inovance 93-7 fault code meaning
Inovance / 93-7
Series: MD580S
Synchronous motor speed out of control
AC drive
Meaning:
Possible causes
- 1 . The control mode is FVC. A loose encoder causes an incorrect zero-point angle. Perform dynamic identification again and check whether [n4-12]/[n5-12] changes. 2 . The control mode is FVC. Zero-point angle identification has not been performed. Check whether the values of [n4-12]/[n5-12] are normal. 3 . The control mode is FVC. Encoder interference causes a z signal error; enable z signal interference detection using [n4-30]/[n5-30]. 4 . The control mode is FVC. The motor position at start differs from its position at the previous stop. 5 . The torque or current limit prevents the speed from tracking the reference. 6 . The control mode is SVC. The motor is started while rotating. 7 . The load is too large, and the motor is driven by the load. 8 . Speed loop kp is too weak, causing a large speed deviation, such as speed overshoot at the instant the brake is released or during acceleration.
