Possible causes
- The load is too large at high speed.
- Starting directly while the motor is still rotating causes the motor to generate power, resulting in DC bus overvoltage
- Motor parameter setting error
- Encoder error
- Large motor parameter deviation.
- Output phase loss or open output
- Other causes
