Possible causes
- While stopped, the detected change in encoder pulses exceeds the threshold. Brake protection auto-start has been activated, maintaining zero speed, and the stop command is unresponsive. Issue the run command again and set a lowering speed to slowly lower the load to a safe area, then disconnect all power.
