Possible causes

The DC bus is not powered on or its voltage is low.
The selected drive voltage rating is incorrect.
The drive model setting is incorrect.
The drive is started before DC bus voltage soft-charge is complete.
The DC bus voltage correction factor setting is inappropriate.
Soft-charge resistor, driver board, or control board error.
DC bus voltage display error.
