Possible causes
- There is a ground fault or short circuit in the drive output circuit.
- IGBT is damaged.
- The power board is damaged.
- The ribbon cable between the interface board and the power board is not securely connected.
- The ribbon cable between the power board and the gate driver board is not securely connected.
- Other causes.
