Possible causes
- IGBT Short circuit 2. Drive UVW Ground fault or short circuit in the output circuit, or a short circuit in the braking resistor 3. Motor started in FVC or SVC control mode without auto-tuning 4. Acceleration/deceleration time set too short for rapid acceleration and deceleration 5. Inappropriate manual torque boost setting 6.V/F Inappropriate curve 7. Motor started while already rotating in the forward direction 8. Undersized drive 9. Low DC bus voltage 10 Incorrect motor parameter settings 11. External equipment error 12. Other causes
