Possible causes

• 1 .For safety reasons, this identification step is not permitted when the holding brake function is enabled. 2 .The motor speed upper limit setting is less than 75%3 .Each individual identification step has a maximum time; a fault is reported if this time is exceeded. 4 .The performance self-check detects errors in the current identification step and reports a fault. 5 .Low DC bus voltage.
