Inovance 10-3 fault code meaning
Inovance / 10-3
Series: MD880
Component overload
AC drive
Meaning:
Possible causes
- The load is too large.
- The selected drive is undersized.
- The model parameter settings are incorrect.
- The motor parameter settings are incorrect.
- The torque boost setting is inappropriate when the control mode is V/f.
- Motor locked rotor.
- The overload mode [A4-51] selection is inappropriate.
- The carrier frequency setting is too high, causing derating.
- Prolonged operation at low frequency causes derating.
- Operation becomes unstable near 0Hz when the control mode is SVC.
- The synchronous motor is demagnetized when the control mode is FVC or SVC.
- The motor parameters have not been identified when the control mode is FVC or SVC.
- The acceleration/deceleration time is too short when the control mode is V/f.
- The reference voltage of the V/f curve is too high when the control mode is V/f.
- The motor is started directly while it is still rotating.
- Oscillation causes overload when the control mode is V/f.
- The synchronous motor -603- magnetic pole angle identification is incorrect when the control mode is FVC or SVC.
- The encoder parameter settings are inappropriate when the control mode is FVC.
- There is an encoder wiring error when the control mode is FVC.
- The encoder-related parameters have not been identified when the control mode is FVC.
- There is a problem with the encoder installation when the control mode is FVC.
- The synchronous motor position changes after stopping when the control mode is FVC.
- Other causes.
