Possible causes

• Incorrect parameter settings
• Mechanical fault
• (For example, excessive torque or a locked mechanism)
• Load too large
• Acceleration/deceleration time and duty cycle time too short
• Increase the settings of parameters 01-12~01-19 (acceleration/deceleration time).
• Voltage of the V/F characteristic too high
• Motor capacity too small
• Overload during low-speed operation
