Delta oPEE fault code meaning
Delta / oPEE
Series: C2000 Plus
Position control error too large
AC motor drive
Meaning: This fault code occurs when the position controller's position control error exceeds parameter 11-51 (Maximum allowable position error) and parameter 11-54 (Action for excessive position control error) is set to "Error and stop" or "Error and coast to stop".
Possible causes
- Check whether the acceleration/deceleration time is appropriate.
- Check whether the setting of parameter 11-51 is too small.
- Check whether AC motor drive position control is operating normally.
- First confirm that position control is operating normally.
- Check whether the APR control bandwidth and feedforward settings are appropriate.
- Host controller command profile during full-travel pulse positioning

- APR Check whether the control bandwidth and feedforward settings are appropriate.
- Host controller command profile during full-travel pulse positioning
- If parameter 11-40 = 1 (position command source is external pulse input), or position command source switching is activated using MI = 90 (position command source is external pulse input), check whether the acceleration/deceleration profile of the pulse reference from the host controller is appropriate.
