PG command error

AC motor drive

Meaning: PG Card command reception error. SPI communication between the PG card and the AC motor drive is affected by interference, preventing the PG card from correctly receiving commands from the AC motor drive. If this occurs 5 consecutive times, error PgCe is reported.

Possible causes

• Communication between the PG card and the AC motor drive is affected by interference
• 2. If the AC motor drive consecutively receives errors (single-turn count error, encoder open, encoder communication error) and the total exceeds 5 occurrences, an error is reported. The displayed error code is the code of the last error. The error can be reset directly after it is reported.
