Delta PGF4 fault code meaning
Delta / PGF4
Series: C2000 Plus
PG slip error
AC motor drive
Meaning: In a mode using PG, time accumulation starts when the difference between the output frequency and motor frequency exceeds the encoder slip range (parameter 10-13). If the error duration exceeds the encoder slip detection time (parameter 10-14), a PGF4 encoder slip error occurs.
Possible causes
- PG feedback slip error function parameter settings are not
- Appropriate
- ASR Related parameters and acceleration/deceleration settings are inappropriate
- Incorrect encoder parameter settings
- Acceleration/deceleration time too short
- Incorrect settings for torque limit parameters
- (Parameters 06-12, 11-17~20)
- Motor locked rotor
- Mechanical brake not released

PG slip error
AC motor drive
Meaning: In a mode using PG, time accumulation starts when the difference between the output frequency and the motor frequency exceeds the encoder slip range (parameter 10-13). If the error duration exceeds the encoder slip detection time (parameter 10-14), an PGF4 encoder slip error occurs (DPD-K does not have this fault code).
