Possible causes
- Input power supply phase loss occurs.
- Single-phase power supply connected to a three-phase model
- Supply voltage fluctuation
- If the main circuit power supply has no fault, check the main circuit MC for a fault.

- Is the three-phase power supply input cable severed?
- Repair the open section.
- Excessive input power supply voltage fluctuation
