Delta HnL fault code meaning
Delta / HnL
Series: C2000 Plus, CH2000
Reverse hardware limit warning
AC motor drive
Meaning: This warning code is generated when the reverse run inhibit limit (hardware limit switch) at terminal MI is activated while the AC motor drive is operating in FOCPG control mode.
Possible causes
- Hardware limit switch malfunction
- Check whether the hardware limit switches operate normally.
- Check whether the hardware limit switches are installed at appropriate positions.
- Check whether the status settings for the multifunction input terminals corresponding to the hardware limit switches are correct (normally open or normally closed contacts).
- Overshoot
- Check whether the AC motor drive's acceleration/deceleration time is appropriate.
- Check whether the AC motor drive's frequency command is appropriate.
- Incorrect homing mode selection

Hardware reverse limit warning
AC motor drive
Meaning: This warning code occurs when the AC motor drive is operating in FOCPG control mode and the reverse operation inhibit limit (hardware limit switch) at terminal MI is activated.
Possible causes
- Hardware limit switch malfunction
- Check whether the hardware limit switch operates normally
- Check whether the hardware limit switch is installed in an appropriate position
- Check whether the status setting of the multifunction input terminal assigned to the hardware limit switch is correct (normally open or normally closed contacts)
- Overshoot
- Check whether the acceleration/deceleration time of the AC motor drive is appropriate
- Check whether the frequency command of the AC motor drive is appropriate
- Incorrect homing mode selection
