The encoder has no power.

AC motor drive

Meaning: An error is triggered when the encoder battery voltage falls below 2.5 V.

Possible causes

• Encoder battery depleted
• 2. Multi-turn position memory is abnormal. Perform the homing action after replacing the battery and powering on again.
• 3. If multi-turn position information is not required, the encoder can be used without a battery. Set parameter 12-23 bit0 =0 to disable battery undervoltage warning detection.
