Encoder communication error

Meaning: 1. Encoder-reported communication error 2. Encoder packet CRC detection error

Possible causes

• Noise interference affects the encoder cable, causing the encoder
• Errors occur in the returned packets
• 2. If the AC motor drive consecutively receives a total of more than 5 errors (single-turn count error, encoder open, encoder communication error, PG command error, etc.), it displays the code of the last error and reports an error. The error can be reset directly after it is reported.
